Refund policy

Returns:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return by emailing us at info@mitography.com. Once your return is approved, you can ship it back for a full refund. You will then have an additional 14 business days to return your print. Late returns will not be refunded.

Items must be returned in their original condition, using the original packaging. Products that show damage due to use will not be accepted. 

Damaged Packages:

If your product is delivered damaged or you notice a defect, immediately send and email to: info@mitography.com.  Be sure to put your order number in the subject line and also include photos of the damage.  We will replace the damaged print for free.
